SPTA is pleased to announce that registration for the 2026 SPTA Summer Meeting (Aug 13-15) is now open. We will be hosting once again at the beautiful Henderson Beach Resort located in Destin, FL.

The SPTA group rate for run of the house rooms is at $309 per room night plus resort fee. All room rates quoted are subject to a daily Resort Service Fee ($30.00/night), based on single or double occupancy, and applicable 7% sales tax & 6% occupancy tax. The SPTA meeting program will look just a little different this year with the addition of a group social event on Friday afternoon that will increase our networking time coupled with some friendly competition. This event will replace the ladies event as it includes all spouses/guests as well, so we encourage everyone to attend. The Friday evening reception will blend right into the end of the group social event and will include our scholarship auction in silent form this year.

If you have not donated to the scholarship auction in the form of supplying items to bid on please do so; if you would rather simply donate to the scholarship fund, please email to let us know and we can have that arranged with the University.
