			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The North American Wood Pole Council will sponsor a Wood Pole Structure Design Seminar in Denver, Colorado on September 24 &#8211; 26, 2013.  The seminar is FREE to all utility and RUS coop personnel.  The two and half day seminar will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Cherry Creek.   Instructor will be Richard Lovelace with Hi-Line Engineering and 18 Professional Development Hours will be earned by attendees completing the course.
